You can filter the Activity List by Task Instance State by clicking these boxes. You can include multiple States in the filter by clicking more than one box. Active State Filters will be indicated with by a border and circular icon in the top right corner:

The Taskboard provides three additional filters for displaying Task Instances: My Tasks, Task Types, and Business Services. In each filter, you can select a specific entry or search via freeform type.

Activity List

The main body of the Taskboard is the Activity List, which displays a list of Task Instances in your UAC instance, much like the Activity Monitor and Task Instance List in Universal Controller.

Task Instances are sortable by column in . In this configuration: , you can choose from Task, Business Services, Last Update, Type, and Status. The default sort order is by Last Update. You can customize which columns to display in the Activity List by clicking the rightmost icon in the top row of the table:

Although you cannot modify or delete Task Instances in Universal Portal, there are some actions you can perform from the Activity List. To access a list of available commands for a Task Instance, click the three-dot icon at the end of the row of a desired Task Instance: Image Added

You can then perform any of the following actions from this context menu:

The context menu for workflow task instances, and task instances participating in workflows will have an additional entry called "Show Related Tasks" which will update the view to display the workflow related task instances.

In the top left hand corner, is a box which shows the task type icon, in a colored box that represents the task status, along with the task type and instance number.

To the left of it is the name, how it was launched (in this case via a workflow), and time information.

shows a simplified list of details in a console. To view a full page of more detailed information, simply click on the Task Instance name in the Activity List.

At the top of the page, you can see the name of the Task Instance and how it was launched. Below, you can view the Agent and time information. The buttons to Retrieve Output, Re-Run, and View (in UC) function the same as the actions available from the three-dot menu in the Activity List. The box on the left conveys additional information such as Status and Type. The Task Instance Status is displayed in the top left, and the whole box is colored to match this Status (in this case, blue for Success). In the bottom right of the box, you can see the Task Type and Instance number. The Type is also indicated by the icon in the box (in this case, Tux the Linux penguin).

Below that are individual sections with additional data relating to the task instance. If the Retrieve Output command is available, it will also similarly show up in a slider control.Important Note:
