Description
The MINMAX_SSL_PROTOCOL option specifies the minimum maximum SSL/TLS protocol level that will be negotiated and used to secure a session with the PeopleSoft server.

Minimum Maximum SSL/TLS protocol is TLS 1.2. TLS1_3
MinimumNote TLS 1.3 is NOT currently supported on HP-UX
Maximum SSL/TLS protocol is TLS 1.3.
Default is TLS1_2.
