Agent Installation
B-05451 : Add support for multiple/user-mode agent installs on Windows
User mode installs are now also supported for Windows. This allows customers to install multiple Universal Agents on the same Windows Server.

This change is specific to customers using Universal Agents to replace existing ITWS agents and removes the need to modify existing scripts that contain //*%OPC statements.
Universal Agent
B-08909 : Add "shell" configuration option to specify alternate execution shell when user has no interactive shell defined
Provides an option for Linux / Unix servers that allows a Universal Controller task to execute as a credentialed user even when that user has no login shell associated with it. This new option will allow a process to spawn in a default shell.
B-06263 : Allow for "New Jobclass" up to 8 Characters
Added support to allow Universal Controller to specify a new Jobclass that is up to 8 characters long for zOS tasks.
