Description
This error can occur when an incoming connection request presents a self-signed certificate that cannot be authenticated against the locally-configured CA certificate.

The program will terminate. Until the presented self-signed certificate can be successfully authenticated against the CA certificate, the program will continue failing.
User Action
Check that the locally-configured CA certificate/bundle contains the self-signed certificate. Since the presented certificate is self-signed, it must be part of the bundle or be the CA itself.
