Specification for whether or not the UCM Manager was restarted:

• Value of TRUE indicates it was restarted.
• Value of FALSE indicates it was not restarted.

If the UCM Manager RESTART option was set to auto, this field is set to TRUE only if the Manager reestablished a session with a pending, orphaned, or disconnected UCM Server.

Component identifier of the UCM Server with which the Manager is communicating.
