Description
The MINMAX_SSL_PROTOCOL option specifies the minimum maximum SSL/TLS protocol level that will be negotiated and used to secure a session for FTPS transfers.
This option is used only when the transfer protocol is FTPS.

Maximum SSL/TLS protocol is TLS 1.3.
Default is TLS1_2.
