Description
The OMS Server received a REFRESH message from the Broker instructing it to obtain updated values from its configuration file. However, the OMS Server was unable to apply the updated values to its active configuration. reason is an explanation of the error.

The program continues, using current values for its configuration options.
User Action
If the configuration could not be refreshed due to an invalid value, correct the option's value and try to apply the update again. If the refresh continues to fail with valid values, restart the OMS Server component and contact Stonebranch customer support.
