Step 1

From the Agents & Connections navigation pane, select System > Email Templates to display the Email Templates list.

Step 2

Locate the Email Template(s) you want to copy (see Filtering).

4. Click Submit to create a copy of the Email Template.

 
Copy Multiple Email Templates

  1. Ctrl-Click the Email Templates you want to copy.
  2. Right-click any of the selected Email Templates.
  3. On the Action menu, select Copy.
  4. On the Confirmation pop-up that displays, click OK. The copied Email Templates are added to the list, with - Copy added as a suffix to the Email Template Name for each Email Template. If an Email Template with that - Copy name already exists, another copy is not created.
