Starting At

For a trigger that is satisfied at intervals (for example, every 3 hours), and if Starting Time is enabled, use Starting At to specify the time at which the trigger activates. In this case, the trigger will first be be satisfied at the Starting At time, and again satisfied thereafter at the specified interval. Use 24-hour time.
