Time Zone - Restrict Times

User-defined. Allows you to specify the time zone that will be applied to the times specified in the Restrict Times parameters. For example, if you specify an Enabled Start of 23:00, an Enabled End of 24:00, and a time zone of Canada/Central, the trigger is enabled at 11:00 p.m. and disabled at 12:00 a.m., Central Canada time.
