Approval Links / References
Specifies links or references to external information. For example, a case number, or a URL to a case.
To add an option, click the + icon and enter:
- Name
- Link / Reference
To delete an option, select in the list of variables and click the - icon.
You must provide a Name for each Link / Reference specified. If you specify a URL, an icon will appear that can be clicked to open the URL.
