Approval Criteria

Specifies one or more approvers required for approval. You can specify both Users and Groups. If you specify a Group, any member of that Group can Approve or Reject the instance on behalf of the Group.

  • Match All
    Requires all approvers to Approve.
  • Match Any
    Requires any approver to Approve.

On the task instance, you can view the Approver Status of all Users and Groups specified in the Approval Criteria.
