TCP_WINDOW_SIZE - UDM Server configuration option

As of Universal Agent 5.2.0.4, TCP_WINDOW_SIZE has been renamed TCP_RECV_BUFFER.

For backward compatibility, TCP_WINDOW_SIZE is still supported.
