Description

The MAX_CONNECTIONS option specifies the maximum number of concurrent connections that can be made to an OMS server.

Usage

Method	Syntax	IBM i	HP NonStop	UNIX	Windows	z/OS
Configuration File Keyword	max_connections number

number specifies the maximum number of concurrent connections that can be made to an OMS server.

Valid values are 64 to 30,000.

Default is 2048.

Note

The actual maximum connection limit may be constrained by system resources or system imposed limits.
