Universal Connector for PeopleSoft Commands

This page identifies and provides links to detailed information on all commands of Universal Connector for PeopleSoft_.

Each command has configuration options associated with it that can be used to specify additional information / actions for an execution of that command.

Command Groups

Universal Connector for PeopleSoft groups commands into areas of common functionality, as shown in the following table. Each row identifies a command group, the commands in that group, and the type of operation performed by those commands.

Command Description

Description of the operation(s) performed by the command.

Command Line Syntax

Syntax of the command and its options on the command line.

Command Argument

Command line expression (short and/or long form) and description of the command argument.

Command Groups

Description

CANCEL

The CANCEL command group contains a single command, CANCEL PROCESS, that cancels a job or process instance.

DELETE

The DELETE command group contains a single command, DELETE PROCESS, that deletes a job or process instance.

DISPLAY

The DISPLAY command group contains commands that display various types of PeopleSoft data.

HOLD

The HOLD command group contains a single command, HOLD PROCESS, that places a job or process instance on hold

START

The START command group contains a single command, START JOBSET, that starts a jobset.

SUBMIT

The SUBMIT command group contains a single command, SUBMIT PROCESS, that schedules a job or process.

WAIT

The WAIT command group contains a single command, WAIT for PROCESS, that waits for a job or process instance to complete.
