Amount of time to wait - based on the time unit specified in Recurrence Interval Unit - between runs of the specified Target Task.

The default value, as specified in the Recurring Task Minimum Frequency In Seconds Universal Controller system property, is 5 (seconds).  The minimum value is 0.
