Tutorial - Upload a file with UDMG Web Transfer Client

In this tutorial, you will:

  • Login to the UDMG Web Transfer Client.

  • Browse to the virtual space that is allowed for the user.

  • Upload a file.

  • Login to the UDMG Admin UI.

  • Monitor the file transfer.

Step 1

  • Open the UDMG Web Transfer Client login page

  • Fill in the Username, Password and the Captcha code

  • Press the LOGIN button

Step 2

The user home space is displayed:

Double click on the in folder to visit that location.

Step 4

The content of the folder is displayed with the current path on top:

Step 5

Click the Upload button and then Select Files to choose the file to store in that folder:

Step 6

Press the Upload button.

The upload of the file(s) is initiated and the progress panel is shown minimized at the bottom of the window.

Step 7

Click on the panel to expand it.

The progress is displayed for each file:

Step 8

The completion is confirmed with a check mark.

Step 9

The file transfer is registered on UDMG and can be monitored with UDMG Admin UI during the upload in the Transfer Activity list:
