Schedule
Overview
The Schedule page provides a list of the next scheduled run times of time-based Triggers. In its current form, the Schedule is not a Forecast. It only shows the next scheduled time, not all times, that Tasks are scheduled.
The Schedule is a purely informational tool. You can view scheduled Triggers in chronological order, but you cannot invoke any commands on Tasks or Triggers from this page.
Note
The Schedule can only predict time-based (Time and Cron) Triggers. Other types of Triggers, which are not set to activate at a definite time, will not be displayed here. To see a list of all Triggers, see My Triggers.
To view the Schedule, click the Calendar icon in the sidebar menu.
The Schedule table shows all the Triggers included by the selected Filters. On the bottom left, the table indicates the number of records found and last time refreshed. On the bottom right, you can select the page to display. The table will also respond to your scroll wheel or touchpad, allowing you to scroll through the list page by page.
Like the Taskboard, the Schedule is sortable by column. The default sort order is by Next Time, from the earliest to the latest. Currently, it is not possible to customize which columns to display.

Filters
There are three filters you can use on the Schedule: Search by Trigger, Business Services, and Tasks.
Search by Trigger is a simple text search bar that will find matching Triggers in the Schedule Source column.
Note
The Search bar will only check Trigger names for matching strings. It will not search for Task names, descriptions, or any other column.
The Business Services filter allows you to display all Triggers belonging to a given Business Service. The Tasks filter allows you to display all Triggers scheduled to launch a given Task. You can select a specific entry or search via freeform type.
