My Tasks is a list of tasks that a user is authorized to view and launch.
Task Instances Like the Taskboard, Tasks are sortable by column – in . In this configuration: Task, you can choose from Name, Business Services, Last Update, TypeSummary, and StatusLast Run. The default sort order is by Last UpdateName. You can customize which columns to display in the Activity List by clicking the rightmost icon in the top row of the table:
Viewing Task Details
Task Details can be very significant depending on the task time in terms of the volume of information presented in each task.
The layout is different than in UAC to try and more logically group fields.

Viewing Task Details
To view the details of a Task, simply click on the Task name.

At the top of the page, you can see the name and description of the Task. Below, you can view the Task Type, the Business Services the Task is a member of, the Self Service Group, and when the Task was last run. The buttons to Launch Now, View (in UC), and Show in Taskboard function the same as the corresponding actions in the command menu in the My Tasks list. Below this general information, you can see details specific to this Task's Type.
The volume of information shown in the Details page can vary depending on the Task Type. The layout differs from the Task Details shown in the Controller, but the fields are logically grouped and can be easily navigated by clicking the menu options from the box in the top left.
If a Task is part of a workflow, it will also identify any upstream/downstream dependencies.
Task details can also be navigated by either scrolling, or selecting one of the menu options to the left of the task name.
By clicking on G. Schedule Evaluation, it will automatically move there, while clicking on A. Linux/Unix Task will return you to the top. You can of course, scroll naturally.
