User Interface
Overview
The Universal Portal User Interface is designed to be straightforward and easy to use, even for users without expertise in Universal Controller. Because Universal Portal is an entirely visual environment, all of its features can be accessed directly from the User Interface.

Features
Landing Page
After logging in, you will be taken to the Taskboard.
Note
The interface has a responsive design, so it will adjust to accommodate screen size. Some features will be resized or hidden when shrinking to a smaller screen. Certain controls are designed to work on tablets and phones.
From here, as with any page in Universal Portal, you can navigate the Menu in the sidebar, view your Company Logo, and access Configuration Options from your User Icon.
Menu
The Menu is a set of buttons in the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen, where you can perform the following actions:

Stonebranch logo. This icon also serves as a refresh button. Universal Portal will automatically refresh every 5 minutes, but you can manually refresh the page to view the most up-to-date information. | |

Company Logo, User Icon, and Configuration Options
In the top right corner of the screen, you will find the Company Logo and User Icon, where you can sign out or access Configuration Options.
Section | Description |

| Company Logo. By default, this will be the Stonebranch logo, but you can customize this image to be your own logo. |
| User Icon. A circular icon with the first letter of your username. Clicking this icon will reveal a dropdown menu of options, including the Sign Out button and Configuration Options (see below). |
