Overview
Introduction
Stonebranch Universal Portal (SUP) is a light-weight self-service client designed to simplify and help visualize workload automation in Universal Automation Center (UAC). As a pure client, Universal Portal does not have its own server infrastructure. It connects to an existing instance of UAC, authenticating against, and inheriting the same levels of permissions. Universal Portal can run either as a SaaS solution or an on-premise solution.
Scope
To understand what kind of work is best suited to Universal Portal, it is important to know what it can and cannot do. Universal Portal is tailored to the citizen automator. It is not designed to create or delete Tasks, but with a much leaner UI than Universal Controller, Universal Portal makes monitoring workload automation as simple as possible.
