My Tasks is a list of tasks that a user is authorized to view , and optionally launch tasks.

Task Instances are sortable by column  in this configuration: Task, Business Services, Last Update, Type, and Status. The default sort order is by Last Update. You can customize which columns to display in the Activity List by clicking the rightmost icon in the top row of the table:

Viewing Task Details

Task details can also be navigated by either scrolling, or selecting one of the menu options to the left of the task name.

By clicking on G. Schedule Evaluation, it will automatically move there, while clicking on A. Linux/Unix Task will return you to the top. You can of course, scroll naturally.

In Task Details you have the same options of issuing commands as you did in Task Instances.

Task Commands

For each row, at the end of the row, you will see a three-dot icon.

A confirmation dialog will come up, if you wish to continue launching the task click “Confirm”, the other option is to cancel.

You will then be prompted with this screen, which gives you the option to go to the Dashboard (which will be renamed to Taskboard).

There is currently an option to copy the system identifier, which has limited value for a citizen automator. That will be removed.

The other option is to close and return to the Task screen.

Launching Tasks with Variables

Following the same launch instructions as above, should a task have variables which need resolution before submission, you will be prompted for the variable values.
