Because no values for the UEMLoad

INACTIVE_DATE_TIME options were specified, the default value of
enable, the current date and time, and 2038.01.16,23:59, respectively, are used. This means the event will be monitored as soon as the event definition is assigned to an event-driven UEM Server. In this case, the event definition is assigned to the UEM Server component with an ID of
uems (the default).
