Overview

The UDMG Admin user interface (UI) is comprised of two five (5) basic elements:

  • Navigation Pane (Services)

When a user logs in to the UDMG user interfaceAdmin UI, the home page displays.The home page opens page opens by default with the Transfers activity list. The Services panel Activity dashboard. The Banner and User Task Bar are located at the top right of the homepage. The UDMG Admin UI navigation pane is located on the left side of the page homepage and lists all the Services that are available.Image Removedavailable Services. The associated lists and details are accessible from each specific Service.

User Interface Details

In addition to the Home panel and the Services panel, the Home Page - and all pages accessed via Services - The UDMG Admin UI contains the following information (except where noted):

  • Change Password: Change Password dialog for the user.
  • User Sessions: List List of currently authenticated authenticated user sessions.
  • Logout: Logs out the user from the user interfaceUDMG Admin UI.

    Node and Internal Service Status (System Details).

    The color-coded bars show the internal service status:

    • Green: Service is operational, and all services are Running or Offline (either disabled or stopped by a user).
    • Orange: Service is degraded and at least one (1) service is in the Error state.
    • Red: Service is failing and one (1) of the main services (Admin, Database, Controller) is not running.
    • Grey: Service is not reachable and UDMG Admin UI cannot refresh the status.


    The background color shows the node status:

    • Active
    • Passive
    • Offline
    • Unlicensed


    Customizing the Banner

    The UDMG Admin UI banner that displays across the top of the page via the UDMG Authentication Proxy configuration is customizable. Please refer to the Administration Guide (Section Customizing the Banner) for details on allowable changes and associated instructions.

    The Console contains informational and error messages regarding recent UDMG activity. The Console can be opened manually by clicking the bell icon on the User Task Bar.

    		Open the Console.

    Select and Copy

    Select message text one of three ways:

    • Drag your cursor across any of the text.
    • Double-click a single entry in the text to select only that entry.
    • Triple-click anywhere in the message text to select all of the text.

    Use Use Ctrl+C and  and Ctrl+V to  to copy and paste the selected text.

    • Clicking the Close icon at the top of the Console.
    • Clicking the Console the Console icon on the User Task Bar.
