Overview

My Triggers is a list of every Trigger that the user has access to. Besides viewing Triggers, you can also enable/disable and invoke Triggers from this page.

To view My Triggers, click the Clock icon in the sidebar menu.

Like the Taskboard, the My Triggers table is sortable by column.  In this configuration, you can choose from Name, Tasks, Business Services, Description, and Enabled. The default sort order is first by Enabled Triggers and second by Name.

Like Tasks and Task Instances, you have the same filtering and sorting capabilities with Triggers. You can filter based on tasks. The default sort order for My Triggers is first by Enabled Triggers and second by Trigger Name.

Column Descriptions

The following table describes the columns displayed in My Triggers.

ColumnDescription
NameThe name of the Trigger.
TypeThe Trigger Type.
Tasks

The Task(s) to be launched by the Trigger.

If the Trigger is set to launch multiple Tasks, the entry in this column will be:

Clicking Stack will display a popover of all the Tasks the Trigger is set to launch.

Clicking on a Task name will take you to the Task Details page, just like clicking on a Task from My Tasks.

Business Services

The Business Service(s) the Trigger is a member of. This does not include the Business Services of the Task(s) associated with the Trigger.

If the Trigger is a member of multiple Business Services, the entry in this column will be:

Hovering the mouse over Several will display a popover of all the Business Services associated with the Trigger.

DescriptionDescription of the Trigger.
EnabledA switch to enable/disable the Trigger.


Here you will see a list of commands that are applicable to the triggers. They do not change based on the trigger type.


Trigger Now – Will invoke the trigger

Copy Me – To be removed

Show in Taskboard – Takes to task(s) the trigger launched

Switch – To be renamed Enable/Disable, Enables or Disables the Trigger


Triggers can be enabled/disabled by clicking on the switch (last column before command icon), and does not require a refresh in order to do so.
