Description
The COMPONENT_TYPE option identifies whether the component definition is for a demand-driven or event-driven UEM Server.
Note
COMPONENT_TYPE is optional in a component definition. If it is not specified, the component name is used.

Values
type is the type of component.
- For demand-driven UEM Servers, type is uemd.
- For event-driven UEM servers, type is uems.

This value is used for internal validation by the Universal Broker and should not be changed.
