UDM_EXECSAP_OPERATION_START (472)
A message is posted to indicate the beginning of an EXECSAP operation. Since an EXEC operation involves UDM invoking the USAP Manager, the USAP Manager's parent UUID be will that of the UDM instance that invoked it.

Notes
The execsap command can be issued outside of the context of a session, so there may not be a group UUID.
