Task Instances are not to be confused with Tasks, which are displayed on the My Tasks page. |
The Activity List shows all Task Instances included by the selected Filters. On the bottom left, the table indicates the number of records found and last time refreshed. On the bottom right, you can select the page to display. The table will also respond to your scroll wheel or touchpad, allowing you to scroll through the list of Task Instances page by page.

You can The colored boxes at the top of the page report the number of Task Instances in each State within the selected Filters. By clicking these boxes, you can also filter the Activity List by Task Instance State by clicking these boxes. You can include multiple States in the filter by clicking more than one box. Active State Filters will be indicated by a border and circular icon in the top right corner:

The Taskboard provides three additional filters for displaying Task Instances: My Business Services, Tasks, Task and Types, and Business Services. In each filter, you can select a specific entry or search via freeform type.
The My Tasks Business Services Filter allows you to filter by Task (i.e. display all Instances of belonging to a given Task) Business Service. The Task Tasks and Types and Business Services filters work similarly, allowing you to display all Instances of a given Type, or all Instances belonging to a given Business Service Task or Type, respectively.

There are two ways of viewing Task Instance details. The Show Details action in the Command Menu shows a simplified list of details in a console at the bottom of the screen, or you can view a full page of more detailed information by simply clicking on the Task Instance name in the Activity List.

At the top of the Task Instance Details page, you can see the name of the Task Instance and how it was launched. Below, you can view the Agent and time information. The buttons to Retrieve Output, and Re-Run, and View (in UC) function function the same as the corresponding actions in the Command Menu in the Activity List.
The box on the left conveys additional information such as Status and Type. The Task Instance Status is displayed in the top left, and the whole box is colored to match this Status (in this case, blue for Success). In the bottom right of the box, you can see the Task Type and Instance number. The Type is also indicated by the icon in the box (in this case, Tux the Linux penguin).
