Tutorial - Creating Business Services
Business Services are used to group records into business functions.
In this exercise, we will create two hypothetical Business Services: Tech Support and Operations.
Step 1 |
From the Administration navigation pane, select Security > Business Services. The Business Services list displays. |

Step 2 |
Click the New button to display an empty Business Service Details. |
Step 3 |
Enter the following values:

Step 4 |
Click the Save button. |
Step 5 |
Repeat steps 2 to 4 for a Business Service called Operations. |
